- Pop-ups may appear as you take an X-Plain tutorial. These pop-ups may be short surveys or questionnaires. If you so elect to provide us with your e-mail, X-Plain.net may immediately e-mail you a summary of the tutorial you have seen or X-Plain.net may periodically send you e-mails about other topics or information that may be of interest to you.
- We provide a contact us page on the X-Plain.net website. If you contact us, are interested in licensing X-Plain and provide your email through our contact us page, we may use your email address to correspond with you. We will not answer any medical questions or any inquiries from patients.
- We may share the information you provide with the institution making an X-Plain tutorial available to you and whose name appears on the top of an X-Plain tutorial or in its credit page.
- To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect your e-mail information if you decide to provide it.
