Privacy Statement

The Patient Education Institute will not, at any time, sell any of the information you provide to any third party. The information may be shared with the authors or sponsors of the tutorial whose name appears on the top of the tutorial or in the credits page. The information you provide will go into a secure leads database accessible with passwords to select employees of The Patient Education Institute. Our employees will review your request and forward it to editorial, to the Medical Director, or to customer service. If we decide to integrate your feedback, you will be notified. If you ask a medical question, we will not answer your inquiry and if you provide your name with a medical inquiry, we will delete your name or any identifying information. The information you provide in this form will be kept indefinitely or until you submit a request for the record to be deleted. The Patient Education Institute's privacy statements are listed under the privacy statement at the bottom of the screen. Changes to our privacy policies will be posted in this page. If we make material changes to our privacy policies that do not affect user information already stored in our end-user database, we will post a prominent notice in our privacy policy page notifying users of the change.
